Bench press

 

The bench press is a fundamental and effective compound exercise that primarily targets the chest, shoulders, and triceps. The bench press is a staple in strength training and bodybuilding, contributing to upper body strength, muscle development, and overall fitness.  Bench press is possible with barbells and/or dumbbells.

 

Both ways are effective, we recommend using both in alternation. If space is limited better use only dumbbells.

 

The dumbbell bench press is a versatile exercise that can be adapted to various fitness levels. It's suitable for both beginners and advanced lifters, providing an effective way to build upper body strength and muscle mass.
